The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) Review

After going to see the stage play a few days ago I felt like re-watching this whacky classic and it was just as good as I remembered. If you haven't seen The Rocky Horror Show (someone we call a virgin) then I won't spoil anything. I will just tell you to watch it... Like right now. Well let's finish the review first shall we. This isn't just a regular film, it's a trip, you walk out a changed person. I'm pretty sure this film has probably turned some people gay. It's a weird and completely batshit crazy film with amazing music which will have you singing and dancing, it's probably Tim Curry's greatest performance, he is so dynamic and a bloody good singer. Everyone else is also fantastic. It's visually great also and I would suggest getting some friends around and have a party. If you have seen it, re-watch it with a audience participation script which just adds to the fun. It's an absolute classic and one of my favourite movies I've watched since I was a lil kid (I have great parents I know) so I may be a bit bias but I have to give this groovy musical a 9/10. Okay now go watch it.
